Bidding Goodbye to Musical Fountain @Sentosa

We brought Trenyce to Sentosa last Sunday as Hubby has read from the newspapers that the musical fountain will be torn down soon, by end of this month, so we decided to bring Trenyce to witness the last few magical moments of the musical fountain.

Hubby and Trenyce have never taken Singapore's cable car, and I have not taken the cable car for a while too....at least 10 years I think....so, we decided to go over Sentosa by cable car. Trenyce enjoyed the cable car ride but I cant say so for hubby...haha...He has some phobia for heights so he doesnt really appreciate the nice cable car view:p

By 6.15pm, the audience area was opened for admission so, we went in hoping to get a good seat with a nice view of the musical fountain works. The problem is the show will only starts at 7.40pm hence we got to entertain the little girl with snacks and drinks for the next hour otherwise she wont be sitting nicely with us. Just when she finished her food, it was about time for the show to commence so, everyone was sitting nicely waiting for the grand musical works except my little girl. She just cried and cried...and yelling to go home....and so, after waiting for more than an hour for the musical works, we only get to watch a mere 10 minutes show! What a letdown! But what to do leh.....I have to admit though that the musical works were a little scary for little children below 5 years old.

Anyway, it was good too...becos the journey back to Mount Faber was a smooth one as everyone was still captivated by the magnificent musical works so no one to fight with us to get back to the main island....hahaha...sour grapes right :p

Well, at least Trenyce enjoyed the cable car ride and we managed to bid farewell to the musical fountains before it was gone......so it was not a trip wasted afterall.... Mood: Entertained
