Dr Trenyce Wong
The doctor kit set was from the grandparents.
Bidding Goodbye to Musical Fountain @Sentosa
Hubby and Trenyce have never taken Singapore's cable car, and I have not taken the cable car for a while too....at least 10 years I think....so, we decided to go over Sentosa by cable car. Trenyce enjoyed the cable car ride but I cant say so for hubby...haha...He has some phobia for heights so he doesnt really appreciate the nice cable car view:p
By 6.15pm, the audience area was opened for admission so, we went in hoping to get a good seat with a nice view of the musical fountain works. The problem is the show will only starts at 7.40pm hence we got to entertain the little girl with snacks and drinks for the next hour otherwise she wont be sitting nicely with us. Just when she finished her food, it was about time for the show to commence so, everyone was sitting nicely waiting for the grand musical works except my little girl. She just cried and cried...and yelling to go home....and so, after waiting for more than an hour for the musical works, we only get to watch a mere 10 minutes show! What a letdown! But what to do leh.....I have to admit though that the musical works were a little scary for little children below 5 years old.
Anyway, it was good too...becos the journey back to Mount Faber was a smooth one as everyone was still captivated by the magnificent musical works so no one to fight with us to get back to the main island....hahaha...sour grapes right :p
Well, at least Trenyce enjoyed the cable car ride and we managed to bid farewell to the musical fountains before it was gone......so it was not a trip wasted afterall.... Mood: Entertained
My other rusty blog
I am seriously thinking of restarting that rusty journal for myself.....so that this blog will be mainly on my motherhood, family......whereas that rusty blog will dedicate just for myself.......

New Parenting Site from Disney
According to the news:
"The Walt Disney Co. is launching a new web site aimed at moms who are increasingly turning to the Internet for answers to everything from problems with teething babies to financing college. The new site, Disney Family , is a one-stop site for parents, especially mothers, providing everything from Internet search to user-generated articles on key topics such as education and food, and, eventually, a "ParentPedia," a compilation of information on 1,000 topics that can be expanded by users. "
Wow! Sounds exciting right? I couldnt wait and took a quick tour of the site...The topics looked great! Guess what I found? Recipes for the kiddies hahahaha.... Gona explore more on that and see if I can apply any of the suggestions on my cooking...hehehe
Wokkingmum, go explore it, there is some articles on arts & crafts too! :)

Tag: Safeguard the Web for Our Children
And if you can, pls post the common sense request to all the “adult site” webmasters on your site:
"Please require a password-protected login before allowing even free access to explicit adult content. We understand that selling porn is your business and we respect your right to make a legal living. But understand our legitimate concerns and work with us. You already have the “warning adult content” on your websites. Yet kids, who are not legal customers of your product, ignore the warning. So to prevent them from having direct access to explicit images, texts and sounds, the simplest way is to have a password-protected login. No more “free tours” before a visitor supplies basic information. "
Pls, if you saw this message, you are tagged!
PS: The project Blogger Power is a campaign to safeguard the children against internet pornography.
